Policy |

Until confirmed, rates are
subject to change without notice. |
| 2. |
Florida tax of 11% will be
added to rental and cleaning fees. |
| 3. |
$250 rental deposit required
to confirm reservation. |
| 4. |
Rent must be paid in full 3
weeks prior to arrival date. |
| 5. |
Cancellations must occur 60
days prior to check-in for full refund. |
| 6. |
Reservation
deposit converts to damage deposit and will be refunded upon
return receipt of keys and passes and satisfactory
inspection by our onside personnel. |
| 7. |
Deposit does
not count towards rent and tax. |
| 8. |
Any incidents
of PETS or SMOKING voids deposit return |
| 9. |
Daily rates
require 3 night minimum stay. A $100 cleaning
fee will be added to the rental rate for stays less than 1 week. |
| 10. |
Saturday to
Saturday rentals only during spring break and summer. |
| 11. |
Renters must be 25 years of
age or older |
