Spacious, one-level, and beautifully decorated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a wonderful view of the emerald green waters in Destin.  We are located on the second floor of the Surfside Resort, an exciting highrise that is located on the Beaches of South Walton, within 1 mile of the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall and close to numerous excellent golf courses.  Our unit features a spacious 1151 square foot, fully furnished vacation get-a-way with everything you need (except your personal beach towels).  This includes fully furnished kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, disposal, dishwasher, dinnerware, glasses, utensils, cookware, toaster, and coffee pot and a spectacular view of the ocean from the kitchen table (seats 4).  Sleeping accommodations include a king size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed and twin daybed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa.  Linens are provided.

 The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, bath with large tile shower, color TV with cable and DVD/VCR combo player , and telephone with a wonderful view of the ocean from the room.  The second bedroom has a large closet, bath with shower/tub combination, color TV with cable and DVD/VCR combo player, telephone, and can be locked out from the rest of the unit with its own door to the exterior hallway.  The living room area has a queen size sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, color TV with cable and DVD/VCR combo player, CD stereo system, and excellent western view of the ocean.  Adjacent to the living room area is the dining room area with seating for 4, in addition to the kitchen seating for 4.  The master, second bedroom, living room, and kitchen each have glass windows and a sliding glass door opening onto the spacious 28-foot balcony.

Surfside Resort has many amenities include an onsite restaurant, pool side food and beverage center, in season beach side food and beverage service, heated pool, kiddie pool, two hot tubs, sauna, sports deck with tennis courts and basketball/volleyball area, bathing deck, state of the art fitness center, skybridge to the beach for safety, beach pavilion with picnic tables, BBQ area with picnic tables, covered parking, interior hallways, and wheelchair accessibility to everywhere except the beach.
